SINGLE AND HAPPY

So many singles have this erroneous belief that they are incomplete until they get married,as such they focus all their attention on getting the so-called "Mr and Miss Right" There is nothing wrong in desiring to get married but it should not be the yardstick of determining your happiness or success in life.
You are not married at thirty plus,so what? The scripture says that, there is time for everything! As single, endeavour to be adequately prepared in the following areas of life before contemplating marriage.
1,EDUCATION/CAREER;Are you building a good career and/or getting the right education that will enhance your productivity and make you a better spouse in the future, or are you just waiting for that man/woman who will add value to your live? Do not be deceived, for you to attract and retain a good spouse you must have something good to offer,"you cannot be brass and expect to have gold"Therefore wake up from your "slumber"get more education, start and built a career while you wait for your soulmate.
2,EMOTIONAL STABILITY;Are you emotionally ready for the responsibility and commitment that comes with marriage?what are your perception of marriage? If you desire it because it is what your family, friends expect of youm, without knowning the essence of marriage, you maybe heading for marital failure. Therefore you must be emotionally and psychologically ready to face the various challenges of marriage.
3,PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL PREPARATION;Marriage is not for children but adults who are matured physically and spiritually.Pay attention to your appearance, make yourself attractive to the opposite sex but with moderation.Get closer to God,ask him to give you that special person you need.Do not be discouraged because of delays, and the of age, because there is no age limit for marriage.
Finally do not allow external pressure to stampede you into taking a wrong decision.Enjoy the freedom you currently enjoy as single, because marriage is hard work!
Therefore have fun doing the right things while you wait for someone special.
