Workplace Envy

The desire of most people is to have financial and career success. As such the workplace is always prone to intrigues, competition and envy. There is no permanent friendship but only temporary friends base on interest and gain. Do not be deceived by anyone, have it mind that you are all there to get your daily bread and it is often  survival of the best. Unfortunately some people take their rivalry to dangerous level by trying to discredit or destroy the career of others.
Therefore you must always apply wisdom and discretion in any workplace. Do not expose your weaknesses and do not discuss your personal issues with co -workers which can be used to embarrass you later. Do your work to your utmost ability and be cordial with everyone even the difficult ones
